I don't want the Bills to even entertain the thought, unless it's only a contract for the balance of the season. Signing him beyond that would make them lose key players elsewhere to stay under the cap next year, likely one or more of Edmonds, Poyer, Hyde, Oliver, Milano, etc. Plus, it seems to take weeks for McDermott to trust any new acquisitions.
