16 sacks between three players. Schwartz 14 games with 10 receptions 135 yds is even remotely considered good? He was a 3rd round pick. Hudson another player that is so good could only start 4 games and played in only 12.

Exactly, if Goodell is asking for 12 games to get this over with and the Judge gives a minimum of even one game...strap on your hat. Watson will get 12+. Goodell has shown if nothing else over the years he doesn't like being played the fool.

I’m told there’s a recording of an interview with the adult son of 1 of 12 women the NFL interviewed in the Deshaun Watson case —stating his mom initially was complimentary of Watson in their conversations after the massage, but later switched her account and tone after 1/4

While in a vacuum it is possible to try to discredit any individual account of what happened, using hearsay from someone not at these sessions for example and no doubt some embellishment likely happens while giving testimony with some of the victims, but clearly there is a pattern of trying to force sex from women who only signed up to give a massage. Watson using money, fame, position in society, force of personality, sheer sexual desire tried to forced women to comply to do something they had no intention of doing when they agreed to give a massage. Clearly his behavior should be stopped and going to take drastic measures for Watson to realize that. At the present he's been rewarded for unacceptable behavior to the tune of 230 million dollars which reflects badly on the sport and its fans IMO.

Yet all reports we have heard said the NFL did not mention force (or coercion) in the hearing against Watson.

No doubt he needs help and hopefully that is part of any punishment/negotiation.
