The Heat big 3 developed their chemistry around February/March of their first season. Same thing with the Cavs.

I might push back on your assessment of West a little bit... but I generally agree. Well said.

The other concern in addition to injury would be chemistry. Turning over almost half of a roster from a 73-win team sounds crazy until you hear why they did it.

Allow me to restate.

West is better than any bench player they lost. Not better than Bogut.

Yes, true. I miss Delly. He was a hard-worker and relentless and a very efficient shooter in the regular season. I think his defense was overrated a bit bc of how he shutdown Steph in like 1 1/2 of those Finals games but he his shot, which was consistent in the playoffs and a floater. There wasn't much to his offensive game so that's why I am excited to see how Felder does. The guy has great athleticism, can shoot the ball, but most importantly can get to the rim and finish. I think over time he can be a good replacement, even this year.

Felder is an effective scorer. You didn't watch any summer league? Felder looked very good.
