Top 4 I agree with but I would switch the 49ers and Seattle. Small sampling here but the 49ers have gone to the NFC Championship & Superbowl under Harbaalke. While Seattle has had better picks later in the draft the last 2 years and Atlanta has had better regular season success. I still think the 49er front office has been better. Of course I am biased so everything I said before is moot
