Cards playing Seattle twice is gonna be tough enough, and they also play at Carolina and at Minnesota. I would throw in New England but Brady might not play.
Packers are probably the most likely out of the 3 because their toughest opponents outside of the division are at home, but they didn't even win the division last season.
Steelers might be my pick to win the AFC, but they play the Bengals twice who are a tough reg. season team along with the Ravens who should be better than last season. Even with their 2 toughest out of division games being at home(Chiefs and Pats), I don't see them winning both and also winning road games at Cincy, Baltimore, and Washington.
I get it's just an opinion, but I'd wait until a team is at least 10-0 to talk about them going undefeated.

I'm not interested in seeing Seattle in this top 3 teams chances article.
Irrelevance is a great motivator.

Green Bay's defense wasn't superb but it was far from "sucks". They were 15th in yards allowed and 12th best in points allowed. Nothing to write home about but don't act as if it was out of this world terrible.
In our neck of the woods, that would be unacceptable.
Grats.

"Your neck of the woods" has one Lombardi trophy and a fanbase that thinks football was invented 5 years ago.
Ha. Hawk fans are aware #12 was retired in `84. It's not that long ago but you need a new one of those calculate things.

I betcha you were one of those guys that said "come back and talk to me after you win a Super Bowl"
a few years ago.
I'm right, aren't I?

Just because they're not on this list of teams that could go undefeated doesn't mean they aren't relevant. As a matter fact, most people have them winning the division. Vegas has them with the best odds to win the Super Bowl. Don't even think about trying to hide behind the "nobody's giving us a chance" curtain.

These types of comments are so incredibly fucking stupid, even for a hater like Derpski.

Maybe you should bring up the mythological bullshit about Seattle being the suicide capital of the USA while you are busy making crap up?

I think any shot to go undefeated starts with a shitty division

So there are probably 10-12 teams you could pick, that would go 6-0 against this years' Bills, Jets and Dolphins

So hypothetically, those 10-12 teams would definitely have a leg up on the rest of the league

Meh... gotta remember Seattle is a liberal douchenozzle city with a bunch of hippies and people jacked up on caffeine where not even an NFL can hold their attention span. The fact anyone jumped on board Super Bowl or not is amazing.

There are still 13 (nearly half the league) without a Super Bowl trophy and 4 without an appearance. Seattle had 3 appearances including one of the biggest routs in Super Bowl history and 1 play away from another win. Pittsburgh people call questionable officiating, but the penalties I thought were bogus wouldn't have mattered. Pitts still would've won.

And unless you're an old timer most of your Green Bay trophies came back in the 60s or 40s... either those fans are on their death bed and it was back before most of the league had arrived... so don't act like the Packers are all high and mighty, either. :rolleyes2:

Do the writers of the article even follow football? They talk about Pitt WR Martavis Bryant being unstoppable this season when he was suspended for the year 2 or 3 months ago. And no mention about Pitt RB Bell coming back from knew surgery last season.

Not that I don't want Pitt to go undefeated mind you, I just don't see a chance for it happening this year, not with their D, even if it is much improved this year. Plus I don't see anyone in the AFC North going 6-0 in the division this year either.

The Chiefs were pretty close if they started as they finished. That's a well built team.

A team that is lucky and healthy and plays in a division or conference with a 14-2 team has a chance to go undefeated.

Could be any of the 32 teams.

Except the Browns.

Agree its a well built regular season team

I would just never trust Alex Smith to win big time football when it counts the most

The Chiefs are the second most likely team to go 16-0, and lose in the divisional round of the playoffs.

After the Bengals
