Really?I think he is near the top of Washington's list.
i think he,s more likely to stay in dallas to replace mcarthyQuinn is way down the list for me.
What makes you think he wants to be a HC again?I think he is near the top of Washington's list.
What makes you think he wants to be a HC again? Seriously Duke? Every former HC who lost his job wants back to the helm. Quinn is no different. He is interviewing for our HC position. Does this mean he doesn't want the job?
Did he not turn down interviews last year? Not sure.
Maybe he has changed his mind? My guess is that he isn't interested in coaching an expansion type team. Expansion or not which this job is NOT an expansion team rebuild, he would take the job.
Maybe if we were close to competing. A new HC including Quinn realizes this opportunity is like an etch-a-sketch in that he can create his own story from scratch with an abundant opportunities to do so and an owner who will back him.
He seems happy where he is. Yes he does with one of the best defenses in the league. He doesn't want to remain a coordinator, however. If the cowgirls luck into a SB, McCarthy is going nowhere and like an extension on the horizon from Jerrah.
Quinn has taken himself out of the coaching carousel for 2 years straight. With Pete being relieved of his duties in SEattle, that looks like his natural landing spot this year.@PDay8810
Any thoughts here.
Not a Quinn historian but I thought he turned down interviews last year.
I dont think he would leave Dallas to come to Washington but I wouldn't know.
Thanks, I knew he had turned down interviews previously and was not sure why.Quinn has taken himself out of the coaching carousel for 2 years straight. With Pete being relieved of his duties in SEattle, that looks like his natural landing spot this year.
That’s probably best for Quinn as wellThanks, I knew he had turned down interviews previously and was not sure why.
Perhaps now he wants an HC job? Again, I don't know.
Some coordinators like to be coordinators. Wade Phillips and vic fangio come to mind. After coaching stints, they decided to stick with the coordinator route.
I doubt it. I think Quinn was biding his time the last 2 years and trying to win a SB with Dallas (LOL) and waiting for the right HC opening. With Seattle's job opening, he is the natural fit there and he'll be in higher demand that he's been in the last few years no matter where he intervierws.i think he,s more likely to stay in dallas to replace mcarthy
i don,t think hiring a coach with a history of losing a 28 point lead in the superbowl would be good.
Exactly. If the Niners thought that way, they wouldn't have hired Kyle to be their HC.Wasn't golden boy Shanahan calling the offensive plays. All they needed was to get/stay in field range and he blew it.

Da fuq is EB doing on that list? Especially that high
Just posted them as they popped in my head. No order. I put him on there because he won the last poll by a pretty good margin.Da fuq is EB doing on that list? Especially that high
