It is going to be a rough year for the Saints....Saints should trade Michael Thomas
what's even funnier is that since 2013 no team in the AL has more wins than the Indians/Guardians. Not the Yankees. Not the Astros. Not the Red Sox. not the White Sox.@dtgold88 @Shanemansj13 @Wamu
Saw a hilarious tweet for you Cleveland fans:
“This makes perfect sense. Cleveland baseball is like a foster home. We can be the guardians of young players until we place them with their forever families in New York and Boston.”
It is going to be a rough year for the Saints....
Post Brees is going to be interesting.....I think they go about 8-8.I dont that about all of that
Brees hurt the team last year. Helped them as well but his inability to stretch the field hurt us bad. Defense was damn good. 11-6 is my predictionPost Brees is going to be interesting.....I think they go about 8-8.
Forgot about the 17th game, 9-8.....Brees hurt the team last year. Helped them as well but his inability to stretch the field hurt us bad. Defense was damn good. 11-6 is my prediction

It's a transition year. Winston didn't suddenly remember not to throw INT's.....you'll appreciate Brees more now that he's retired.
That's great and all but such a waste with an owner with no will to win.what's even funnier is that since 2013 no team in the AL has more wins than the Indians/Guardians. Not the Yankees. Not the Astros. Not the Red Sox. not the White Sox.
The Indians- since Francona got there have the most wins in the American League
So it's about winning in the reg season now?what's even funnier is that since 2013 no team in the AL has more wins than the Indians/Guardians. Not the Yankees. Not the Astros. Not the Red Sox. not the White Sox.

Unfortunately for our Dolan, no, it's not even that.So it's about winning in the reg season now?
LOL.
please dont be stupid. Its a credit to the management team that a small market has been able to put a consisntent winner on the field year after year and make the playoffs multiple times without ever having to go into a serious rebuild. So it's about winning in the reg season now?

No doubt the FO seems like they are elite. Held back by ownership.please dont be stupid. even this year with injuries to Bieber- who is one of the best pitchers in baseball, Plesac, Civale (there are 2 good starters), A long term injury to Franmil Reyes, a long term injury to Roberto Perez, Jose Ramirez being beat up and missing games, trading Lindor,- they are still a .500 team- which is pretty amazing.
in baseball you just try and get in the post season and from there its a crap shoot- this is a team that got into extra innings of Game 7 of the World Series by the way.
having one of the lowest payrolls in baseball and consistently putting a good product on the field year after year is a heckuva accomplishment and the credit goes to Francona and the management team. You have many HUGE payroll lteams that have been less successful than the Indians.
If the Indians had the resources of the Dodgers it would be game over.
Even now the Indians are developing new guys to step up like McKenzie and Quintrell in the rotation and they were just graded as having the 2nd best minor leagues in all of baseball behind Tampa Bay.
No one inside of baseball would dispute that the Indians are one of the best managed franchises in the sport- and really in all sports.
a lot of cap issues in New Orleans that started coming up this offseason. I think 11-6 is overly optimistic- but we shall see.Brees hurt the team last year. Helped them as well but his inability to stretch the field hurt us bad. Defense was damn good. 11-6 is my prediction
once they moved civale and bieber to the 60 day DL we knew where it was going- which is unfortunate. No doubt the FO seems like they are elite. Held back by ownership.
Cutting $90 mil off a contending team payroll 9last 2 seasons)? Just shameful.
That said, based on where they are now, the Hernandez deal and more going makes sense as this season is shot. Might as well save the money this year and spend it next season.
