please dont be stupid. Its a credit to the management team that a small market has been able to put a consisntent winner on the field year after year and make the playoffs multiple times without ever having to go into a serious rebuild.

even this year with injuries to Bieber- who is one of the best pitchers in baseball, Plesac, Civale (there are 2 good starters), A long term injury to Franmil Reyes, a long term injury to Roberto Perez, Jose Ramirez being beat up and missing games, trading Lindor,- they are still a .500 team- which is pretty amazing.

in baseball you just try and get in the post season and from there its a crap shoot- this is a team that got into extra innings of Game 7 of the World Series by the way.

having one of the lowest payrolls in baseball and consistently putting a good product on the field year after year is a heckuva accomplishment and the credit goes to Francona and the management team. You have many HUGE payroll lteams that have been less successful than the Indians.

If the Indians had the resources of the Dodgers it would be game over.

Even now the Indians are developing new guys to step up like McKenzie and Quintrell in the rotation and they were just graded as having the 2nd best minor leagues in all of baseball behind Tampa Bay.

No one inside of baseball would dispute that the Indians are one of the best managed franchises in the sport- and really in all sports.
LOL.

what's even funnier is that since 2013 no team in the AL has more wins than the Indians/Guardians. Not the Yankees. Not the Astros. Not the Red Sox. not the White Sox.

The Indians- since Francona got there have the most wins in the American League

And they still can’t keep their good players.

Did anyone look at the Saints schedule? They'll be fine without Thomas for the first few weeks especially if its Winston starting. They 4 straight very winnable games after opening with Green Bay. Will be disappointed if they are not 3-2 through 5

They should. He is too much of a me person. Had ankle issues all season. It was known back in January that ankle surgery is needed. He waits til June to have that surgery. That is really selfish. The organization is fed up with him

Who said they were? They won plenty of games last year without thomas.....with a very similar receiving core and qb who couldn't throw more than 10-15 yards

If they trade him for a pick or 2.....the Saints season turns into a 5-12 or 6-11 dumpster fire.

Brees is a much better QB than Winston.....

Winston can throw the deep ball but he can also throw 30 INT's in a season,. LOL.

I agree with the first sentence. Winston has to limit his turnovers but if he does then the Saints offense will look much different than last year

It'll be interesting. No one really knows how good Hill actually is. He's had some success with "wildcat packages". But there's a big difference between running a few special plays for him every game and relying on him for not only an entire game, but an entire season.

Winston's talent is undeniable, but he's not a very good decision maker which is why he throws so many picks. If Hill only getting a few plays a game is because he was held back playing behind a first ballot Hall of Famer or if Brees and Payton have been able to teach Winston to be a smarter qb, the Saints will be just fine.

If neither of the above happen, then DJ's doom and gloom prediction could very well happen.

Imagine Kamara getting 25 run attempts and 12 targets? He'd be exhausted. They let Cook walk so TE is weak also.
