I agree with Dan Orlovsky.

The Saints should try and trade for Russell Wilson. They have a legit running game (assuming Kamara doesn't go serve some time) and a really good defense. You get a legit QB and they are as good as any team in the NFC.
Not sure how realistic as they are well over the cap.

Yeah but Shaq's in a different category than AD.
AD isn't quite as bad on his free throws and isn't lazy be any stretch of the imagination, but possibly not as durable or...

It could be that they kept putting him back into the game before he was completely healed. The Spurs tried that with K Leonard and we know how that turned out.

Shaq shooting FT's was a scary sight.

Hell, anything better than they guys they have could make them a playoff team. Is Carr available? Hell, even someone like Trubisky is worth a shot somewhere, if not New Orleans.

Except…

The 9ers have their QB of the future.

They very may well be willing to deal Garrapolo, but they are going to want draft capital.

They gave a 2nd to get him, and his value is lower now. A 3rd? A 3rd plus a conditional pick?

I will bet you anything you want that they aren’t similar at all.

Lance going to be WAY better.

Based on what, 1 season at SD State? Lots of questions still around Lance. A lot of people expect him to be a dual threat, but he's only a functional runner, not an elite runner. Definitely mobile, but not going to cause matchup problems as a result IMO.

Yep. If the Packers thought Love could play, they would have kicked Rogers to the curb already. The fact that they haven't, tells you all you need to know.

C'mon, no team is kicking Rodgers to the curb. He would need serious trouble off the field to prompt something like that. Look how long Rodgers waited for Favre to leave. The Packers don't have typical QB draft capital tied up in Love.

If he's on par with Lance, the Niners screwed up huge. But neither is a sure thing.
Well, Trey Lance has already started more games, while splitting 1st team reps at best (an excuse made for Jordan Love) with far better results. So, although I'm not exactly anointing Trey Lance a future HOF, I think early on we can say he's better.

Except that it's already been said that's what would happen and the Packers have done exactly thatin the past when they moved off of Favre for Rogers as soon as they figured out that he could play.

Just watch.

Like many on here know, I have insider info from a friend that I am not going to reveal the specifics.

But yeah, take it to Vegas if you want. Love is going to suck.

Lance not a total sure fire star, but he will be at least solid if he can stay healthy and he has a very high ceiling.
