It's not about the city of Denver. Probably should have been more specific. It's about some of the fanbase throughout the state.

When Teddy Bridgewater won the starting job Broncos insider Troy Renck said on the local news many in BroncosNation voiced their displeasure in Drew Lock not getting the job.

Some didn't like the fact a black QB got the starting job. Now just imagine how some of those dipshits would act with a black owner in town.

Been in this stupid state for 12 years now. And I will never understand so called "fans" that cheer for their team yet never miss the opportunity to say negative things about players that aren't white. I got no use for assholes like that.

That's one of the many reasons I refuse to talk to one my neighbors. Just an arrogant racist prick. And mentioning him reminds me of something that happened a couple of summers ago.

He went outta his way to tell me how evil the marijuana's is and how much he hates it and hates anyone that likes the stuff. Wrong thing to say to me. So now whenever he has people over and they're outside I go outta my way to stand in my yard and toke up. So the ignorant fucker threatened to call the police on me once. I laughed and told go ahead, I'm not breaking the law as my damn yard isn't public property.

Yeah I kinda remember something about that. There are idiots like that in every fan base in every sport. Here was the problem with that. While J. Zwick won a state title at Orrville as a frosh. he didn't do shit his final three years at football crazy Massillon HS. And T. Smith was a better fit, much more athletic, at QB for the style of offense Tressel ran.

Quick story about one of them. This is how I knew immediately I was dealing with someone that was batshit crazy. So during a conversation with one their friends she said she doesn't like Las Vegas because they take Hispanic women and turn them all into hookers.

WTF!?!?!? So I asked her if she's ever been to Vegas to see any of this first hand. She said she's never been there. WTF is that? I told her I lived in the Vegas area for 5+ years. She then told me I didn't live in the "bad part of town".

I will always remember that conversation from a few years ago for how utterly insane it was. All I could do is shake my head and laugh.
