The NCAA's model is horrid. They depend on member schools to police themselves. You can be sure that if word comes out about one guy there are dozens more doing the same thing.
So then you can't really say this is just a Miami thing when you say Miami cheats. Miami has lost certain players to the bag game.

When did I say it was just a Miami thing? Quick recap of what I said:
Throughout their history, Miami has been a dog shit football program save one twenty-year window mired with cheating scandals. You've provided nothing that dispels that. Additionally, how did we get here? I commented on a defensive coordinator hire. You then offered an opinion trying to read the tea leaves on whether he will be successful or not by talking about one of three stops he made as a head coach. I gave him a mulligan on that because that program is a dumpster fire. Either way, did you just become a football fan? For decades the peter principle has been in effect in sports, especially football. A coach finds the level where he is best by failing in the post above that position. Golden's success as a DC will have shit all to do with him failing to put out the dumpster fire at Miami.

When people look at Miami's prominence, the last thing that gets brought up are cheating scandals. In the end, Miami still won on the field.

In terms of Golden, for one, he's only been a HC at two spots (Miami and Temple). I think it's a meh hire as a DC, because Golden is married to his scheme and showed zero adjustment which is important for coaching. Maybe he grew as a coach, likely not. Golden lost to teams that were less talented then him, that's a fact. And in terms of Miami being a dumpster fire, I think you need to define what dumpster fire is. Golden still recruited at a level that was higher than any other team in his division, yet he still failed to win his division.

Just because Miami hasn't been nationally relevant to the level of Bama, LSU, Ohio State, etc... doesn't make it a dumpster fire.

And if it's such a dumpster fire, why did Cristobal leave Oregon to come here?

-->Miami sucks because Miami has always sucked save a period of time in which they flouted rules and bought players during the 80s and 90s.<-- Since that time, Miami has rooted that out of their program and they have never been a serious player in the sport since. You lived this reality why do I have to explain this to you?

:laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:

Yep they "flouted" da rules so much that the NCAA put the Miami (Fl.) rule. Where excessive celebrations are no longer allowed.

I don't consider myself a fan of The U. But man I loved watching them back in the day. They were good and they knew it. And backed up every bit of their arrogance on the field. They were fun to watch.

As far as them paying players. Meh. You think they're the only program that's ever done that? Luther Campbell mutha truckas!

The amount of people not getting the fact 50 was doing the video from 2003 over again is pretty funny.

He spends half the video upside down.

...but supposedly that was a video trick and he wasn't upside down

It was not a hold. Did he have his hand on him? Sure but you could say that about any play. The MAIN issue is why do you let both teams play until that point and why is this tje tipping point? This wasn’t a hold, if this is a hold they should throw a flag every play. No flag there and it’s 4th and goal on the 8. PRETTY HUGE PLAY. Did it decide the game? No but it was a critical play that could have led to a win, for sure. Should be conclusive evidence if there was a hold, I dont see him grab the jersey and it isn’t clear

Did that decide the game more than the assault on Ramsey at the beginning of the second half? Facemask and pulled to the ground to allow a 75 yard TD?

It did make him look bad though, lol. 50cent looking more like $1.25...

Hanging upside down with a wife beater on probably isn't the best move for a 46 year old who isn't in impeccable shape

If his group gets the Broncos some yo-yo's in this stupid state will be pissed.

When Teddy Bridgewater won the starting job Broncos insider Troy Renck said on the local news many in BroncosNation voiced their displeasure in Drew Lock not getting the job.

Some didn't like the fact a black QB got the starting job. Now just imagine how some of those dipshits would act with a black owner in town.

Denver doesn't strike me as a racist town
