You claimed wins were a QB stat, then claimed guys like Matt Ryan only had high win totals due to years played. That leads to win percentage.

All I'm saying is Stafford needs to get his W/L record closer to .500. Go and look up the last time a QB with a sub .500 record got into the HOF.

Bengals run defense has been amazing all playoffs

Overall D been pretty solid. Burrow was getting almost all the creidt (and he did play pretty well) but their D was not getting nearly enough credit for all 3 wins.

They made a lot of mistakes down the stretch. Great drive by Stafford. Sucks for Bengals fans bc of that clear blown call that probably decided the game but Rams won it with their defense

Was thinking would I rather be their fans or a Browns fan after the game and I'm thinking I'm OK where I am. Had that game and were in a good position to at least get into FG range

Their future may look brighter with Burrow but I can live without the heartbreak their fans will be feeling for a while. It sucks. I guess could have been worse had they gotten further on the drive and missed a FG or thrown a pick.

Stafford is a veteran who is very well respected around the league, because of Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods (before he got hurt), he knew going in that he wasn't going to be the #1 WR and he was going to a team of veterans (some of whom are also stars). So he knew going in that no one was going to put up with his shit.

In Cleveland, there weren't really a lot of other stars (at least not as many as the Rams have), he was expected to be the #1 WR and he had a star struck young QB who didn't have the chops yet to tell him fuck off when he demanded his "targets". Plus, being young and inexperienced, there were going to be more times that Baker made the wrong read than Stafford given the difference in experience.

Baker is a real QB, but at the time, he was a real inexperienced QB trying to learn his craft. My guess is that if Baker had a few more seasons under his belt, things woulod have gone differently.
