56.8%, 3 TD's and 5 INT's.

Just about all of those ints came in 1 game but yeah lets continue to think stats tell the whole story.

0 int in his other starts
3-1 as starter

Those INT's still count.

4 INT's in a game is a WOW kind of bad.

We can also mention how he barely averaged 200yg in his 4 starts.

You even admitted he isn't a very good QB earlier this season.....LOL.

We can also mention how there is no talent at the skilled positions outside of kamara.

The tweet i posted is about BACKUP QB. Im not talking about him being a starter because he wouldn't be good but he is a solid backup especially with talent at wr.

He is 6-2 as backup qb which means something

All anyone care about is stats. W-L record is more important than silly stats. Half the battle when having a great defense is playing mistake free football and he is doing that with exception of the dallas game

Also how many yards per game was he avg last season when he had Michael Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, and Jared Cook at wr/te. Because you are a hater, we are now supposed to act like having good players at the WR & TE position isn't important.....got it

I know what you mean. It was like when Mahomes started the year with all those picks. They weren't all on him and his receivers hardly ever got any blame...

It means this year that 2 of the 3 wins this year were vs the Jets and Panthers and the third due to the shutout from the defense. His QBR this year is 39.3. He is by far a better gimmick player than QB, starting or backup. Ideally, he's your emergency QB not the dedicated backup, which allows him to continue in his role when the backup QB is needed.

Could this be a more different situation lol? Those receivers were still Hill, Kelce and company while Taysom is working with guys that would struggle to get on the field for the Chiefs.

QBs get more than their share of the glory, so they deserve more than their share of the blame as well.

Well, considering that Arians said he never said anything about his ankle, no one else has mentioned his ankle and apparently, some others have said he never mentioned his ankle and if he had asked out because of his ankle, it would have come out by now...Im gonna go with no, he didnt ask out because of his ankle.

Yeah, all this spirited discussion about what is apparently hearsay at best and we still don't know why this really happened lol.

If you say so. Just saying that I look at the whole picture...

Meanwhile in LA, Odell Cornelious Beckham Jr has TDs in 5 of his last 6 games.

Yeah, and Stafford hasn’t been very good in that stretch either.

The narrative that Odell was the problem in Cleveland has been proven definitively wrong. He isn’t an elite WR anymore, but he is still a pretty good player.

It would be difficult to be elite in LA with Stafford's focus so heavily on Cupp. Jefferson, Higbie, and Odell/Woods are fighting for scraps behind Cupp.

Stafford's turnovers are of two varieties. When he throws deep and it's picked, no big worries there, especially on 3rd down (essentially a punt). But these INTs deep in their own end need to be addressed by McVay. Run the ball more or at least keep an extra body back on pass protection. McVay's all out tendencies are at least partially to blame (and it was the same with Goff to some degree).

It isn’t even about his production.

When he was no NY, he absolutely popped off the screen with amazing plays on a weekly basis. He isn’t as explosive as he used to be.

Scraps or no, ODB is merely a good player, not a top flight WR1 that he once was.

If he were still that guy, he wouldn’t be fighting for scraps because he would command a larger slice of the pie with his play.

Stafford can do some really good things, but you are going to have to live with the occasional bad interception. Sometimes they can come in bunches, just who he is.

More conservative play calling in your own end can limit some of that however. For example (his first INT this weekend), throwing a pick 6 on 3rd and 2 doesn't happen if you run the ball (or a screen or safer pass play). Putting Stafford into a play call that forces him to evade pass rush and make a rushed decision isn't helping matters. McVay gets too aggressive.

Browns fans...

You can get 33 year old Russell Wilson to be your QB..but the cost is Baker (26), Myles Garrett (26) and1st round pick...Do you pull the trigger?

@WiggyRuss @dtgold88 @Wamu @Stakesarehigh

Don't know what yer somkin'. If it's an indica I want some.

To answer your question. HELL NO. Not Garrett. But Mayfield, a 1st rounder and any player not named Myles hell yeah.

Last I heard he doesn't want to play in Cleveland. But he'd play for the Giants. The Giants over the Browns? Odd. He'd have a better chance getting another ring in Cleveland. Browns have the better roster.
