The hells going on in Philly?

Locker room fell apart because Dom wasn't there to keep Sirianni from picking fights with his players and coaches?

Gotta be the most Philly thing ever.
You really think that was it? Or are you taking a click bait story and buying into it?

Can't remember his name but who was the PG for the Huskies when they beat dook for the title in '99?
I can’t remember his name but if I remember correctly he has a great big fat kid and another NBA failure.

Sure. Cliff Robinson was one of the early stars for Jim Calhoun as well. Caron Butler, Ben Gordon, Rudy Gay, Hasheem Thabeet...

Did Robinson play for the Blazers at any point in his career? Name sounds familiar.

Clifford Robinson and Chris smith are not the best players, but two of the most implant in UConn history
Well, the people who started buying players would be the most impactful.

Yes. He was great

I remember Okafor playing but after looking up his CBB stats forgot he won just about everything in college. Helluva career.

Alotta good CBB players don't have much of an NBA career. You remember Steve Alford and what he did at IU?

That kinda stuff happens in football too.

Yep, the last 8 years of his career, following runs with the Nets, Warriors, Pistons, and Suns.

What was he, about 5'8 and 200 lbs?
If he was 200 lbs he was lying in the program. He looked all of about 240. That’s why he wore baggy clothes.

He’s Oliver Miller fat. Made him a tough guard because who wanted to get close to sweaty filthy stinky goo?

It's a story, maybe embellished, but it ain't coming out of any other place. Just Philly.

Do you have a better explanation for the meltdown?

Tiger's kid Charlie (15) has entered the qualifiers for next week's PGA tournament. Would be interesting to see him get in...

Nelson proved he was the better basketball player in the NBA with a much better pro career. Meka was just another over-drafted lumbering Big in the NBA. He was great in college because he had size playing against people smaller than he was. UConn would have still been great without Okafor. That’s a given when guys like Calhoun just bought players at that time. St Joseph’s isn’t supposed to earn a 1 seed in the modern college game and Nelson is the only reason they did. Okafor isn’t even worthy of carrying Jameer’s gym bag.

Okafor had back injuries his entire career
