This is a Who is on first situation, haha. Why? It’s off topic from the nba. This is the place.
There is a reason he's coming back after all....Campbell is a hell of a motivator but that team is very fortunate Ben Johnson is coming back. Campbell better give that guy a fucking blowie
What is this about?
yeeeeesh....lol....wtf
It does....but their kicker had been pretty bad on FGs of that distance.
Ken Dorsey is the new Browns OC....
He’s an incredible motivator. He lets his coaches coach. He has built a football team that is aggressive and it’s turned the program around.

That’s Mike Tomlin. That’s John Harbaugh. That’s a lot of guys who have had success as head coaches. I do agree that it becomes Uber difficult to build a dynasty like the Chiefs that find themselves in the mix for every season in like an 8-10 year window but the model has worked for many coaches. The theoretical coach in this position has to be adept in hiring. You hire that QB coach or DB coach with an eye on raising him to be a coordinator in your system. The head coach is the CEO and that development of coaches angle has to be a piece of the program. If he's only as good as his coordinators, he's short term. Those coordinators will get hired away in the near future if the team continues to have success. Rams have been average at best the past two years and lost how many coordinators and coaches this year already (again)?
Have seen this (and I missed the first time I saw the 45%. Not sure about the 100% but did notice something I hadn't....it was career numbers AND it was 48 or longer. ......a little less applicable.100% this year I believe. I’m not sure I would go career numbers for kickers. Some are up and down, some find their way eventually, some get on hot streaks. I believe he made all kicks with Detroit, could be wrong
Not sure how much the players matter as likely they want to be aggressive. I don't even have a huge issue with the 4th down calls......but the run play late and making it worse by calling a TO when it failed are inexcusable. What if the coach doesn’t give a shit what anyone thinks and has the full backing of the organization and players?
Very true.....but the numbers I saw which made me conclude were a little misleading (though my fault for that as didn't read them fully). Was thinking the poor % was for kicks close to the same distance and this season. It was really that distance OR LONGER and was also in his career. Not sure a 60 yarder 4 years ago should matter. Then why is he your kicker?
