All I can do is laugh at anyone that actually cares which conference is better. Teams win, not conferences. We got the Niners and Ravens Monday night.
It’s really important to fans of a franchise like Cleveland because the Browns have never done anything and will never do anything. It helps them cope if they can nut ride a conference just like Vandy fans coattail ride the SEC they don’t contribute to.

Not at all as I cheer for NFC teams to beat AFC teams......just pointing out how foolish your opinions are on the 2 conferences. You are the one who keeps bringing up the Browns.

To be fair, the vast majority of the SEC rides Bamas coattails.

I mean, he may be off about the Eagles but no need to continue your foolish AFC bashing to try and counter his point and rip the Browns. Never mind also in by far the toughest division in the sport.

Think the AFC now up to 41-31.
dude- not off about the Eagles- they had the fakest 8-1 record I have ever seen. Jaylen Hurts is overated. The defense is not that good. They really have no game breakers on defense like a lot of the elite teams.

They beat hte Bills when the Bills were in turmoil right before they turned it around. They made their record beating up the NFC trash.

they will win the next 3 against the trash Giants and Cardinals- but its as fake a 13 win as you will ever see. They have been extremely lucky injury wise too.

they have been extremely lucky with how the schedule falls too.......

@dtgold like looking at the Browns schedule- I would say we were lucky hitting the Bengals week 1 with Burrow still beat up.....we were lucky hitting the Cardinals before Murray came back and made them decent....kinda lucky hitting the 49'ers during their down streak- though some of their dudes got hurt in that game against our defense- and Schwartz owns Shanahan.....

as for unlucky- I would say early on the Rams and Broncos stunk- and we hit both teams at a bad time for us and a good time for them....hit Chicago when they finally put it together- instead of without Fields and Sweat early when they sucked....hit Seattle when they were actually playing well and us with PJ....

Eagles having to pay Hurts a ton is a game changer for them- esp. long term.

paying him on the draft scale is one thing--- behind a great o-line with great weapons- and hes at 19 tds and 12 ints 33 sacks. Matt Stafford could do that in his sleep with that o-line and weapons - Kirk Cousins could sleep to those stats.

I would take Trevor Lawrence over Hurts in a second. Tua in a second. Lamar easily. Next 3 years? Easily take Stroud. not even a question.

Hurts is not even in the same conversation as Burrows, Herbert, Allen, Mahomes, etc.

Purdy its hard to tell- since he is in a great system, with great weapons- and makes no money so they can spend elsewhere. Prescott- who the hell knows from week to week.

Jaylen Hurts is not appreciably better than Jared Goff.

if the Browns and Eagles had the health/injury situations reversed it would be a massacre-- if both teams are healthy- the Browns defense shits on the Eagles defense- but its not really fair since the Browns d-talent is unreal -especially the corners- though EAgles do have 2 really good corners- prob only team that is close to the Browns there.... O-lines pretty comparable- prob. sleight edge to the Eagles-- go with Eagles WR but Browns RB and TE. Special teams easily Browns this year at least. And the Browns dont get to play the Redskins and Giants 4 times a year.

who cares. Colorado sucks. They are not even worth talking if you are actually talking about football and not a sideshow

Meh, there was a lot of hype that came in with Deion, much of which was self-created. That's not necessarily a good thing when taking over a team that was 1-11.

Don't know if you saw it, but his biggest mistake was his "I'm coming" speech when he was first hired.

He gathers the team, most of whom were probably excited to play for him and basically told them they all suck and he was getting rid of most of them. Then he posted it on social media.

No doubt that along with the players he sent packing, there were probably quite a few who left that he'd have liked to have kept.

That meant that he had to try to build his team almost entirely from the portal. The portal is best used to fill holes, you can't build a team through it,

They won 4 games and if he were "lower key" folks would be talking about the improvements he made.

If I heard what I think I did the other day correctly, he has put together a solid recruiting class so far. Now we'll see if he and his staff can coach them up.

I don’t like his chances, he lost me when he started bad mouthing his players, a lot of which he brought in. He won’t be able to get out of his own way.

my point is that they are not one of the 50 best teams in college football- probably way worse than that- and are highly highly unlikely to be top 50 next year

a team like UCLA is 10 times more relevant. A team like Wisconsin is 10 times more relevant. for shitssake Tulane is way more relevant.

the only reason they are in the news is because they have a big mouth as a head coach. The only reason- its not because they are any good or will be any good.
