3 MLB games and an NFL preseason game.
I like the Mariners over the Indians/Guardians for the Cleveland homers.
if you were to revise your guess for the Guardians- what would it be now?Not going to argue semantics with you. But I would be willing to bet that the Guardians finish with fewer than 80 wins this season.
pitching matchup of Bieber and Gilbert.......Guardians have hit less well against lefties though......I would imagine the Guardians are favored with Bieber on the hill.

They are but I took the M's....pitching matchup of Bieber and Gilbert.......Guardians have hit less well against lefties though......I would imagine the Guardians are favored with Bieber on the hill.
I hope so......AL playoffs look pretty set. Division winners looking like stros, yankees, and guardians with yanka/stros getting the bye. Wildcard teams looking like Jays,Rays, and Mariners
M's are dangerous. Haniger has been excellent since he came back. Julio Rodriguez is back in the lineup and getting back in a rhythm. Winker is showing signs of coming out of his season long slump. They are but I took the M's....
Accept it.M's are dangerous. Haniger has been excellent since he came back. Julio Rodriguez is back in the lineup and getting back in a rhythm. Winker is showing signs of coming out of his season long slump.
Should be a good matchup. One guy to watch on the Guardians is Oscar Gonzalez. He has been swinging a very good bat lately. I am hoping he can establish himself as another one of the young building block guys. He is def. fringy right now.
Not often but have been a couple times. Favorite is the Louisiana Lickers. Enjoy.@Shanemansj13 @dtgold88
Do you guys ever go to Quaker Steak in Valley View?
On the way home from work downtown tomorrow, I am going to stop and get a bunch of wings and go to my buddy's for some poker.
Think we are going: Buckeye BBQ, Arizona Ranch, Louisiana Lickers.
Pretty pumped.
POLL - Should AD be suspended?
Should he be suspended? But, be informed.....discipline in practices are handled by the team and not the League. Former players coming out of the woodwork saying no he shouldn't, this is part of football.....it happens. Vote and discuss.sportshoop.la
Except, there is an NFL rule.....teams handle discipline of their players in practice.....Myles garrett would have a major beef then. Because the commentary wasn't "Hey this can't happen on primetime" it was "he could've killed him" etc.
I mean, I get why they don't want to make it so league can suspend for what happens in practice as I'm sure there are suspendable offenses that happen a lot. But maybe they need to draw a line somewhere. I mean, if Cinci wanted to retaliate and break someone's leg later would that be allowed too?Myles garrett would have a major beef then. Because the commentary wasn't "Hey this can't happen on primetime" it was "he could've killed him" etc.
I do think as mentioned maybe a line needs to be drawn somewhere. As I've heard others say if Donald did what he did to someone on the street, in a store, in a game, etc the PCP has him suspended. Pretty much anywhere other than on a practice field.Except, there is an NFL rule.....teams handle discipline of their players in practice.....
Are you saying the NFL should overrule that?
It's funny hearing people getting wound up about the Myles incident and saying he should be kicked out of the league and now, "ohh it's practice the league can't do anything so they won't". They definitely CAN if they think it's the right move. There is absolutely no difference. If he isn't suspended by the NFL, Goodell needs to be fired. This guy has mishandled so many situations starting with the owners.Myles garrett would have a major beef then. Because the commentary wasn't "Hey this can't happen on primetime" it was "he could've killed him" etc.
The Bengals started the brawl yesterday.I do think as mentioned maybe a line needs to be drawn somewhere. As I've heard others say if Donald did what he did to someone on the street, in a store, in a game, etc the PCP has him suspended. Pretty much anywhere other than on a practice field.
Would it be OK if a Bengal DE retaliated and broke Burrow's leg?
Prime time on national TV is a lot different than a skirmish in practice. I don't see the difference between on the field, practice or at some bar. Assault is assault. Garrett made a big mistake and he paid for it, Donald should get the exact same punishment.
There are lots of rules and the NFL can do whatever they deem is necessary. Practice or game, "he could have killed the player". Same shit, different day.Except, there is an NFL rule.....teams handle discipline of their players in practice.....
