yeah same as ATL with all the Philly/NY/Boston fans. It pisses me off lots of times. It's bad enough ATL gets credit as the worst sports town in America

It's everywhere, though. There's always a bunch of folks from the opposing team in every stadium; I think half of them are actually from the home town that do it just to piss off the rest of the home fans. I see that at Redskins games all the time, the same guy with 3 different jerseys on throughout the season, always rooting against the Redskins.
