You guys beat us fair and square. I was joking about the officials. I don't know if it is better to get a win over the then #5 Stanford in the Rose Bowl or losing to FSU in the title game. Notre Dame has had our number pretty much since the Little Giants play.

So was I.

If you were to lose to FSU, then I'd rather have the Rose Bowl win. But who says FSU beats MSU?

Not that it matters now, but MSU could compete with FSU or Auburn. Both quick moving, high scoring teams, where MSU is a pro style team. And pro style teams are successful.
