Do these guys call out the team consistently for poor performances?

My quote was kind of gray area. I should have said do these announcers call out the players consistently? That was probably the most call out I have heard all year. You can't call out your boss and keep your job.
Same answer. This was Blowers calling out the offense. Not enough to get fired, but enough to make a point. Sims sometimes says things about a player when they mess up, but it is rare.My quote was kind of gray area. I should have said do these announcers call out the players consistently?
Shame it's not more common cause this team deserves to get hammered for piss poor play. When Phillies were playing miserable and still kind of are Kruk would crush their performance on tv, Larry Anderson would do the same on the radio and Ricky Bo would just annihilate them post game. And this is a team that's been in first place most of the year and those guys like the fans expect better play. This should be what Mariners announcers and post games should be.Same answer. The NW is way too different for that kind of broadcasting. We are the feel good state. A sports guy on radio sent a blast out yesterday after the loss saying stop watching the government controlled post game show and listen to them for real feel as he blasted them. I am sure Mariners org will stop talking to that station like they did the last time someone spoke up.Shame it's not more common cause this team deserves to get hammered for piss poor play. Too bad if they don't like it. Everyday should be hammering them and if they want to run then fine but it'll be tough putting out marketing schemes to promote bobble heads, star wars night etc...Team promotions through the radio is big.The NW is way too different for that kind of broadcasting. I'm with you on all of it.Going out on a limb here but I am predicting the M's MIGHT win 2 out of their next 9 games. Dodgers, Giants probably sweep and Tampa might have a couple wet farts. After year after year of this shit, I'm just about done. Did enjoy some of the 10-12 yr old Little League WS though.
Being 8 time zones away for 2 weeks made it easy to break away entirely from this team/season. It was a good healthy break and I have no interest in going back the rest of the season. Doubt I'll watch any remaining games or at least not whole games. They pissed away the best rotation they've had and don't deserve our patronage for TV ad revenue.Raise your hand if you still care.
Lucky you. Good news for me is now they are shit again I can change cable services. I don't need Root for them or the Blazers now.
