They did pitch to him. Tried to backdoor 2 sliders to get a chase and he didn't bite. I'd rather take my chances with every other average player in that lineup than throw a fastball to Ohtani there.

Sooooo glad Trout has been out of the picture. He's always been an M's killer.

Close only counts with Horseshoes and Handgrenades..... but we're getting damn close this season. What a fun run creeping up to the end this season. After the prolonged playoff drought, with year after year of shit shows, it's about time Mariner fans get their "rush" of excitement again. Gotta admit these close one/two run games are fun to watch. JP, France, Seager, Hanniger and just about all the regulars are keeping this thing interesting. The pen is looking decent but SP Kikcuhi is a concern going forward. Flexen is impressive and Gilbert is working things out as well and Kelenic is gonna be killer both O and D. Already looking forward to the 2022 season.

Does anyone personally know unlvmariners? He hasn't posted since July of 2020 on here and October 6th 2020 on the other SportsHoopla M's site. I know he moved back to Washington a few years back, but with all the weird stuff going on in the world I am just hoping he got tired of the M's instead of something else.
