Evidently the players voted against a double-header today.

Just 1 game at 1:05, and it will be on Root.

Shannon Drayer said that the make-up game will probably be in May.

I have a good amount of admiration for the Athletics. They find a way to put together a contender despite not having much in terms of financial resources.

Mariners bats sure are coming alive this inning, Brad Miller with a double there. Wow, giving Cano the intentional walk. Smoak sure will have a lot of RBI opportunities this year.

As seasoned fans of this team we're going to have to see the hitting stay at least good for an extended stretch before we admit anything has changed. We've seen some of these guys hit well for small sample sizes before only to have the rug pulled out from under us time after time.

It is fun to watch so far though
