Bottom line: when you look at the Rams' 2 blowout wins versus Houston and Indy, it was a lot of defense and ST chipped in too. Both QBs managed the game well in these 2 games and made some plays, but they weren't the reason for the win. We caught Houston and Indy on bad nights. Andrew Luck's worst game as a pro actually. And our D came to play. But it wasn't like the QBs wowed anyone. We ran the ball, got turnovers, and hit on some throws... Just kept rolling.

To the guy who thinks we would have beaten Seattle with Bradford, Just because you "upgrade" and have Bradford instead of Clemens, doesn't mean you automatically beat the best D in football. Lol. C'mon now. You still have to execute and if you think Sam plays a good game against Seattle, go back and look how we beat them last year. Good D and Greg Z had 4 FGs.

Luck with no Reggie Wayne is 1-1. Let's see how they bounce back. The rams front 4 is ballin right now and Indys O-line is softer than our has been all year.

But to say Sam would have won the games we lost with Clemens is laughable. It's not like Sam was awesome most of the year people.

Tavon has 2 TDs and we win by 30, but the play calling is still bad. You don't need anything but simple play calling when you can run the ball and play lights out on D and ST. Sorry but this isn't the GSOT, our team is not that talented. But we can get it done with ball control - running game and a manager at QB, playing solid D, taking care of the football.

Sure we should take some shots downfield, but Clemens can't throw past 15 yards with accuracy. Don't forget even though Tavon scored some TDs, he was still on the sideline for many, many of the plays yesterday.

Hilarious

Bottom Line: we lost those 2 games by a very small margin and Bradford is a much better QB than Clemens.

Yes we did, but it doesn't mean Bradford score or doesn't throw man. You know it and know it. Greg Z won that game last year didn't he? We just blew out the colts without Sam didn't we?

Truth is Seattle's D has owned everyone andSam hasn't been great against top Defenses either. Lol

San Fran? Carolina? To just assume we would win is not very realistic against a D like Seattle's. I'm pretty certain that the Seattle game would have been a close game with Sam, but I don't think he would have been great either. Better maybe, but that doesn't = a W.

It sounds like you're assuming everyone else around Bradford would play worse and therefore counterbalance the improvement that Bradford would bring to the table.

And to be honest, I don't really think Sam is a much better QB than Clemens at all. Better? Yes, but it's not like Sam has been lights out this year or in the past right? Unless I missed something? I think Clemens is keeping it simple and leading these young guys nicely.

Houston? Blowout with Bradford.
Indy? Blowout with Clemens.

Or that Seattle's D is just awesome maybe?

Sam certainly has not brought out the best in any player so far? And with no consistency. Please tell me who Sam has made look so good in the past few years?

It will be interesting to see if our D continues to roll and our running game keeps rolling too. If we keep winning what then?

You don't say?

Look, if there is some sort of magical formula that transcends numbers and the Rams go on a win streak with Clemens then I don't mind. I just believe that having a better player on the field at the most important position would have helped in 2 games that were basically coin flip games.

Lmao. I love how some of you say Sam is a big, huge upgrade!

We just won 38-8 over a division leader right? Without Sam right?

Define better player man? And I love how you avoid my questions.

Maybe we don't need a guy like Sam? Maybe we need a smart, game manager? Because we certainly didn't need Sam at Indy.

I don't recall Gibson really Standing out ever. That's funny.

Danny A played hard and Sam was locked onto him. He was possession WR, but never did much that was Impressive. His totals were good but they were all 8 yard passes.

That had nothing to do with the billion turnovers our defense caused or the special teams TD, right? I will say that the throw the Clemens made that sprung Tavon Austin for a TD where Clemens threw awkwardly off his back foot is the type of throw that Bradford doesn't make so its hard to make a comparison.

All I know is that if Bradford was the guy making the throws that cost the Rams the Titans game and the Seahawks game, we'd all be on him for not being a winner. But Clemens does that and instead you point to the game that had literally everything going right for the Rams

But it was all Sam versus Houston and 4 turnovers? Lol You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Something happened yesterday. With Tavon, Bennie, our D. And it was without #8 I'm fairly certain. Unless he was wearing a Clemens jersey maybe?

How long did it take you to figure that one out? Would you take Luck right now or Bradford?
