Most dissapointing NBA team

If we expected someone to disappoint and they do ... could they be the most disappointing team ? (I don't think so.)

I lean toward the Wiz/Bulls.

I don't like the Rockets much as a team -- but they still have a chance to save their season at least.

This was a personal selection, Rockets would be my definite choice for other teams with the Wiz, Bulls, and Bucks behind. And for the last few seasons there hasn't really been a team I could say has really been a disappointment, maybe the Raptors for back to back 1st round losses at home or the Pelicans. Knicks, 76ers, and lakers being bad hasn't shocked me so I wouldn't pick them, but if I was going to pick one it'd be the Knicks.
