Everybody is free to think how they want, but nobody can decide what is offensive to others and blatantly toss the hate around.

4d20 is a good poster usually. I assume that This is a reaction to the climate of the board. We shouldn't have to see it or read it as I said, nobody can tell you what you should or shouldn't be offended by.

That will depend on the MOD. The 3 in here will pretty much let everything go. Which is great. If you cross a line they will warn you. Then it is up to you or whoever to back it off a bit. Name calling here is the norm and 99.99% of the time it is in jest. If I can put up with 2 years of Winston stuff. Everyone else can put up with a little name calling.
