11 offense players of your choosing (you can pick a FB, or have 2 TE, or 4 WR set)
11 defense players of your choosing (any scheme you want)

I like this. I also think we should list scheme.... not coaches. Whether you want west coast, vertical, power, zone, 4-3 attack, Tampa 2, 3-4, hybrid, zone blitz, whatever philosophy you want, but in the rankings, take into account how well the player fit your scheme as well as the matchups. Meaning, if Nos is playing Tampa 2 and he takes Warren Sapp, he gets credit for perfect 3Tech scheme fit, in the rankings a 10. If I take bombastic a NT in a LeBeau 3-4, I get credit for a great player out of position, csayva 7 or 8. In the games, vote how you want, but in tiebreaker rankings, I think this makes rankings more valid

OK, bash this to pieces, but what about an open draft of any player, any time frame, but each player must be a different height. Basketball reference listed height would be official. So, you get one 6'5'' guy, one 6'8'' etc. 12 players

Or another idea to be bashed. Can't have two players with same first initial. So can't draft Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson only 1 player with M. Not the greatest idea just spit balling here.

On the next baseball.... I suggest an all time free for all, where the players numbers are the criteria...... steroids? Fine. Pre 1920? Fine. Enhanced by the War? Fine. Numbers, no excuses, no different game back then, just great numbers... The Milk Draft

On hoops......I say we play whatever ERA, but 1980's rules. Hand checking. Mugging, concussion on drives to the lane. Bad Boy rules for pretty Boyd of today. Even MJ didnt like that
