This is what we call a disorderly persons offense in NJ. They typically do not require jail time and are accompanied by some sort of fine. In NJ, at least, it is considered an “offense” but not a crime.

This would be a key component of the incident happend in New Jersey.

Are you saying that is what happened here? That he meant to injure this lady because she didn't let him on the field?

If he hurt this lady the cops would a been involved right away, this isn't passing the smell test... He wasn't even playing in the game, was just there supporting his brother, so where were the cops when he was sitting down watching the entire game ?
