Speaking of the Chiefies.

It sounds like a very good chance Chris Jones will be traded.

The Dolphins seem to be a prime possibility with the draft picks they have.

Would be nice to get him away from the Chiefs. He is their best defensive player and a huge player on that Defense.

That being said. It will cost a lot to get a young pro bowler like that, but the Dolphins have the ammo and the money to pay him. KC has to pay Mahomes and wrapped up new deals with their skilled guys. Chris Jones would have been a priority for me! But they have so much young talent on that team it is hard to nail them all down. Huge loss for KC though if it happens. I'd have much rathered pay Jones over Frank Clark trade last year... Although that was basically in place of moving Dee Ford to a 3-4 team. Money wise though... I'd take Jones over Clark.

I would too. Jones is top-3 when it comes to IDL talent and honestly I think if you can find an interior guy that can disrupt the pass game and help in the run game that is more valuable than an edge rusher. I love Von Miller but I would trade him straight up for Aaron Donald if they were the same age.

Im pretty excited about the Chiefs trading Chris Jones. I thought he'd be a 12 year star for them.

I hope it happens. How certain are you that the deal gets done?

From what I hear is that it isn't 100% the Dolphins deal, but it is pretty high that KC will be trading him. Dolphins the front runner, but not set in stone.

Still un-signed. He wants to return to Kansas City. However, he wants a long term contract after what was his best year in the NFL. He stay healthy. KC wants to offer him a lower contract due to their cap. I have heard Baltimore as a possible landing spot for him or Logan Ryan.

There are a number of WRs out there in FA still. The Broncos are hanging back at WR - perhaps because- they too expect the BPA at 15 will be a WR. I do expect them to get a vet in a minimum or 2X minimum to provide depth at WR.

Just because a team lost it doesn’t mean that they didn’t provide a blueprint on how to beat them. I believe KC will continue to slowly come back to the pack, but will concede they are the gold standard in the AFC, especially with questions in New England.

Ravens for me personally
