We should draft another RB in the 3rd/4th. That's where we got Gore and Hunter.

We got 13 draft picks and RB can be addressed in the draft. Teams get their starting RBs all the time around the 3rd round.

No way. We have Hunter and LaMichael James. MJD wants a huge contract and he has plenty of wear on him already.

RB is the easiest position to address for a team. I don't know why Shanahan is the only one who understands this. Teams like the Browns who not only trade up to get a RB, but trade up to #3 is just ridiculous to me. You can already make the argument that Alfred Morris and Doug Martin are just as good if not better than Trent Richardson.

Yes. Gore is at the end of the line, Dixon is a goner, and Hunter and LMJ are complementary backs (granted Hunter is a damn good one). Taylor is a picture perfect fit for our system, and a guy that will be a premier RB in the NFL for the next 10 years.

As much as i like Gore, we might have to cut his playing time and get some youth movement going....Some of his plays could have gone all the way but they didn't cos he is slowing down..

I know this wasn't the nicest way to say this, but it was laugh out loud funny because it was my feeling after I opened the thread. I originally thought, there are no trades until March, but there are agreements in principle. But I was suspicious when I saw Gore in the corner of my eye. But beyond the second word it was obvious to be a proposal.

I think gore looked great again this year. I understand he will only be getting older but he looked like he was 25 all over again. The OL and hunter and james helped a lot but he looked solid.

I wouldnt be opposed to grabbing another guy, but i dont think its our #1 priority.
