Insurance runs were a plus even if Seager couldn't open it up fully.

I was in the middle of commenting his atrocious AB but retracted because he managed to get it to full count. Regardless you’re absolutely right... just horrible considering the opposing pitcher can’t throw a damn strike!

the save rule has ruined bullpen management. Do we really need to use Diaz with a 3 run lead and not a 4 run lead. I say with a 3 run lead save his arm.

These M's bounced back after a shit game quite well. Last few seasons it would have been the beginning of a 4-5 game skid.

Yeah, the Angels are just about dead. With that pen they have no chance at making up 10+ games. They need to bite the bullet and get Ohtani the surgery he needs, but I'm happy as anyone to watch them put it off as long as possible. Just delaying the inevitable.

Was going thru his game log. Answer is very few... only first couple of appearances when they first acquired him and it goes to shit since.

They definitely should, but can Billy Beane help himself from trading off 3 or 4 of the assets that are currently helping them win? Let's hope not. It's nice to bury a team with that Trout guy in its lineup though.

The A's are going to see very soon where they stack up and where their season is going. Starting Friday they have 3 in Cleveland and 4 in Houston.

Let's hope for a Cleveland sweep and Oakland taking 3/4 in Houston while we win the next 7
