I agree in principle, but I do recall just a couple of years ago shaking my head nightly looking at the last 3-4 in the lineup sub .220.

Z strikes out way too often and is an easy out... but don't miss. Get him to chase and he will nearly every time. Just don't miss in the middle.

It's funny in a way I said what I said after checking over stats the last few months on catchers in MLB. Believe it or not he is better than a number of catcher by quite a bit in many categories. Drafting is going to be our best bet cuz there really isn't much out there. It does need to happen and be a priority IMO.

A few more hits against the shift could do him wonders down the line. Make the D readjust and all of a sudden those outs now become singles.

I'm probably the only one this board who really doesn't give a rip whether Cano returns or not. He can't play post season and the guys have jelled together just fine without him. All he would do is mess up the mix IMO.

The problem I see with bringing someone else up would be that Z has built up a solid trust relationship with the Pitchers and has their confidence which is pretty damn important.

I don't think I have even won $10 in the Washington Lotto. I/we won $200K in the Power Ball Lottery back in 2009. We had all 5 numbers right and missed the power number ball by 2 freaking digits!!!! We didn't play the power play or we would have won $1M.

200K would be just fine for me. LOL- So close to winning the super big bucks- that's awesome. When we were in Oregon, I had 5 out of 6 in the lottery down there and was just one number away from the 6th number
