I would honestly think by now they would have at least said, "we can confirm the suspect is not a football player."

My first hopes were that it was just some college kid who was at the party, but now I'm thinking it's a player for sure. I just think the University would have taken that part out of the equation to remove distraction if they could.

The next thing is, if it really did happen then it probably happened in a bedroom there, which means it probably was 1 of the 3 living there. I can't see Tommy or Westerkamp being dumb enough to do something like this. Foster tho? Hmmmm....jest saying

It was a typical house party that started when the team got back from Jersey at about 12:30 AM Sunday.

The party lasted into the wee hours Sunday morning (9:00 AM or so).

The r*pe victim went to the hospital Sunday afternoon.

Typical college (or even non-college) young people party.

Foster was part of the 3 interviewed that Armstrong said “After talking to us, (the police) said you guys should be fine,”

It's not clear whether Foster even lives there or just happened to be there when the cops showed up to investigate.

I highly doubt the intention of the party was for someone to ultimately get raped. I understand your point about inherent risks involved. Specifically when someone you may not know shows up.

Sometimes these types of parties are spontaneous.
