Do not mistake Krafts kind nature with weakness.....
Yeah I am sure he will have a talk with BB something along the lines of. "Hey coach whats the plan for the offseason, seems we have a lot areas that need attention" Versus " Hey coach shit did not look good pack your shit or start doing shit my way".

I think it will be more like:

"Bill, the team has not done well since Brady left. Your staff has been decimated and I expect that you will not have another season with no one taking full responsibility for both offense and defense. I'm not asking. I expect at least a ten to twelve game win season in 2023. Thanks for coming. I know that you have a lot of work to do. Let me know if you need my or Johnathan's help."

Then Bill can decide whether mor not that he wants to take orders or not.

Sorry Mac, you just shit on your own shoes.

It's not passion, it's frustration. Passion has to with love and adoration of another, not being pissed off or angry at someone else.

You haven't fixed anything. You keep repeating things.

Trying to make an excuse for behavior after the event doesn't show well. Accept being pissed off and explain why you were. That's taking responsibility and giving your reason for it.
It is both and passion and frustration can easily go hand in hand. And if someone else is a very large part of that frustration he has every right to be pissed about it. He admitted is faults. You have no idea what it's like to compete at this level, none of us do. Every professional at every level wants to win, period. His fault is the on the field outbursts. But we have seen this with a lot of ther players in the NFL

I think Kraft has a lot more respect for BB. I think Kraft knows that if Brady is with almost any other team he does not have six superbowl and 18 playoff years etc....

You think TB12 would have done that in Houston, or Detroit, Jacksonville, Washington etc

He already called Bill a shmuck after Spygate. Has said at the owner's meeting that he is not happy that last playoff win was in 2019. And then said that he would make fun of other teams that had to waste money in FA. and then his GM/HC spends 170 mill for what? Jonnu, Agholar, Henry, only 1 paying off is Judon, Kraft's patience imo is wearing thin with hoody. Belichick by far is the highest paid HC and producing mediocre results and head scratching decisions, won't justify it. 10 seasons w/o Brady .477 coach with 1 playoff win 18 season with Brady .777 30 playoff wins 9 SB and 6 Lombardi's.

BB is like Jim Jones, keep drinking the Kool-aid

Why do you twist what I wrote? Dispute the facts don't deflect them in an attempt to make my statement look false.

Has this team done well? In 2020 they finished 7-9. They slid into the playoffs last year finishing 10-7 and got creamed. They, at this time, are 7-7 and on a slippery slope to 7-10. Is that anywhere near as well as they did before he left?

It has nothing to do with where or what Brady has done since he left. I stated a reality that this team has not done well since he left. It has nothing to do with what Brady would have done had he been drafted by another team.

I've been a Mac supporter. It's not his play that has started my change of opinion. It's entirely his attitude. He is a crybaby/wuss boy. Supposedly they called him McEnroe at Alabama because of his outbursts. Be a leader. Play it calm/cool. There is a time and place to show your frustrations. He started last year off great. His last 5 games last year were pretty bad. I think in his last 16 games he has 13 TD'S and 13 INT'S. I hope he gets the coaching....line play and a legit wr1. that he needs. That any QB needs to be successful. This off-season will br the most interesting/crucial one maybe ever.
As I have been told many times, it's not what you say but how you say it. It's all in the delivery.

Not doing well is 0-17 1-16 2-15. We all knew when TB12 left there was a huge void to fill, we all knew at that time the team was rebuilding, we all knew the team was cap tight, Kraft Know's it you obviously do not. If anyone assumed we would be playoff caliber team in two or three years after losing the greateste QB of all time shows how little they know about the game, and how team are built.

Has the team done well? Yes for a team in rebuild mode and cap tight yeah they did pretty damn good,

We would all love the glory day's again seems some here don't have the patients to allow it to happen. Spoiled Bitches and nothing less

Exactly and what I have been saying all day. Take that shit the film room or locker room Mac. On the field it would a lot better if his passion were more constructive. "Alright boy's don't sweat it, will get next series".

I disagree that Kraft would handle it like that. And I still believe he signed off on this seasons mini-disaster.

First, at Alabama, Mac could roast a brisket, slice it and make sandwiches with the O-Line he had. Add to that Waddle, Smith, Bolden and Metchie catching the ball. He rarely had any problem and to top off his receiving corps, he had Najee Harris to run the ball.

Last year he had Josh to keep the play calling rotated and could babysit Mac. This year, Mac has had to take more responsibility and do it without six other ll pros surrounding him. He doesn't have the help to cover up all of his mistakes. His frustration is rarely with his failures, it's more with others who can't make him as good as he may think he's become.

Sorry, but Mac has regressed in 2022 because he doesn't have all of the support that he became used to having playing at Alabama and his NFL weaknesses have been exposed and he hasn't been able to correct the problems and continually repeating them. High sideline passes, High End Zone passes, sliding two years ahead of the marker, failure to push himself into the end zone ona 1 and goal and having to either hand off or throw a pass into blanket coverage. IT is a a QB's responsibility to led a team. When he bitches or rants or waves off the coach, that's not leadership, it's a wounded ego. Time to grow up. It's like being drafted and going into battle. You get your shit together or you get your shit blown away.
Shhh BK you'll offend the one resident on Mac Island. Sad thing is that individual doesn't even realize he's the sole castaway.

False, you've not been saying this all day otherwise so many posters wouldn't be disagreeing with you. You said once as I recall, not looking back to verify. You appeared to change your agenda after getting hammered by so many others.

But it is good to see you slowly coming around.

Wrong drama Queen I have said all day whether it be once or twice in one day. I have maintained all along that Mac is only a part of the problem and the failures of the O line and Patricia are the larger part of the problem. I specifically detailed how last year everybody was all about Mac. I asked what dynamic has changed? You are just too damn stubborn to admit that is what I said and you are wrong. In the end it matters little most of your input is opinion and not fact a trait you and BigKen seem to share.

Ahh and there it is again presented a fact and chooses to ignore it b/c it doesn't fit the narrative in this case lie you are weaving. Pros get upset they show their emotions it happens.

Well apparently, the head coach seems to agree with him. LOL

There will be camp competition next year if any QB can earn the job and take away the #1 status from Mac then cool, otherwise it's just further proof you have no idea how all this works.
