Well no because he is over-priced. For 15 million a year he should be delivering 15 ppg and 10 rebounds. He is worth about 7 to 9 million a year though and would be worth picking up for that next year. The upside is that this Lakers coaching staff will demand a solid defense from him and will attempt to develop those skills in him

Well not really because the owners of the Lakers, namely Jeannie Buss and Jim Buss are there to stay and are not going to sell the team, so I really have no choice but to wait and see what they do, but I think they will figure it out eventually. It just takes time

I wasn't expecting miracles overnight and I have always thought it would take a minimum of 4 to 5 years, but If the Warriors and Clippers can rebuild given the past history, then so can the Lakers who still have an edge. It just takes time which is what I have been saying for the last year.
