He can be judge and jury on both.

Bet 2. If he can PROVE I made the Jefe post, I'll gladly take 30 days. If he can't, you take it.

And proof isn't an accusation. It is SHOWING something that links that post to any other post that I have made, similar to how easy it is to show you visited my page.

He can do it a number of ways. The easiest would be IP address another would be the information regarding your computer collected when you visit the site.
