James makes two FTs and then gets a defensive rebound as the lead remains 7.

Two more FTs by James and the lead is now 9.

Westbrook finally makes two FTs and the lead is back to 9.

Game over and the Lakers win by a score of 132-123. Not much Defense played in this one but lots of scoring as James had 32, Monk 25, Westbrook 24, and Anthony with 24.

We won but it was a lot closer than the final score indicated.

Bradley had 14 and Johnson had 9. Well-balanced scoring and James played some good D down the stretch as well as nicely scored when he had to.

Don't know if this team is ever going to play defense on a consistent basis like Vogel wants them to. If they ever get there and they score during a game like they did tonight, the Lakers might be pretty formidable come playoff time.

One other note. James had a huge triple-double with 32 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists!

James is not playing Center tonight and the Lakers are not playing Lakers Small-Ball. Howard is in. Monk is starting but the Lakers should get Johnson out there as soon as possible.

Surprisingly, the Lakers have a seven point lead, 18-11.
