Celtics come into town on Tuesday. Lakers owe them a loss as well but the way the Lakers are playing defensively, a win is questionable.

In the wake of ignoring signing James Ennis who would cost the Lakers no players except one to make room for Ennis on the roster to improve their defense which remains a liability, here are two more options to bring in who are very good young defenders. Move Bazemore out the door along with Rondo. They are both done.

Add these two guys plus Ennis and your defense instantly gets three young, very good defenders that Vogel can use to mix in with the shooters in the present player roster who simply are too old or refuse to play defense in the worst times of a game.

I like the third option on this article's suggested trades. We move some dead weight and we get a young defender from Indiana. The first two cost us way too much.

I agree on Baze but think Rondo needs to be kept. He played well for us in the postseason when we won the title in the bubble.

Not sure why they didn't bring in Ennis, he's a perfect defensive backup for this team.
