This team is just too old and it when the summer comes, the Lakers will clean house if they are smart. Pick-up some much needed young draft talent, stick with them for awhile, and add some by-outs, maybe.

Vogel should start with playing more of the bottom half of the roster. People like Doumbouya, Reaves, Monk, and others.

James makes his shot. Ellington misses his. This sort of player needs to go. Ellington is just useless and so is Bradley now that he is hurt.

Nice shot by THT. He should see more playing time with Monk, Reaves, Doumbouya who is a good player.

Lot of people saying the Lakers should trade AD in the offseason while he still has value....

IDK.

Yeah, that's a tough one. When he plays, he's a special player. Guys with his size, athleticism and skillset are pretty rare. But it doesn't do you much good if he's not there.

If they keep him, once Lebron and Westbrook are gone, they need to add a #1 and try to build a roster around AD and whoever they can get that can hold up when AD is out.

I think it is time the Lakers start thinking "rebuild" and start to build a team that is going to be fresh young talent similar to what Phoenix has done. AD can't stay healthy and LeBron is still a force but is aging rapidly. The rest of the roster could be sent packing except for a couple of young rising players like Reaves, maybe THT, and Monk.

Big article out on SeeBS about the too-many-cooks-in-the-kitchen approach that Jeannie Buss is using to run her club and how bad things are as she admitted to be continually asking Magic for advice as well as has Tim Harris, the Rambi, and others that is wreaking havoc in the front office and with the players and coaches.

I suggested awhile back that she sell the club or clean house and get somebody in there that is not connected to the Lakers family as the article also suggests.

The Lakers are a shit show and as one GM put it, the rest of the league has changed to combat the long time dominance of the Lakers. The League has caught them and surpassed them and nobody now wants to help them reload. So if there is going to be any deals with the Lakers, the league now knows to get what they can for themselves improving THEIR team and eff the Lakers. Example? The John Wall-Westbrook proposed deal.

We could be in for a long season of bottom-dwelling until Jeannine either sells or figures this thing out which may never happen.

Foot injury.....worse than we thought. AD likely out at least 4-6 weeks.

James, RW, Melo and Monk need to step up.
