How much faith should i have in him..................

The League i give a shit about has a QB Flex. I have him and Jimmy G. Has he earned a Starting spot in fantasy this year?

Should i consider him a Keeper if I have 4 or 5 keepers?

You gotta keep him. He looks like he's figuring it out. At the very least, he's always gonna have a high floor with his rushing ability. And as his passing game progresses, you're talking about potentially a top fantasy QB

I think its more of a matter of the OC tailoring the offense to Field's strengths. FINALLY! (Its about time the Bears had a coaching staff that did that.) I like the direction the team is going.
Not pushing all my chips in on him yet. After all, it is the Bears.

I dunno how sustainable that style of O is, Even Lamar had to figure out how to throw, but it's certainly better for all parties for the meantime. No idea why Nagy never came to that realization.

Play the games in what works for the QB's, and in the offseason, camps, practices if you can; work on how you want the QB to play, and then merge it. It just seems too damned logical and simple

Dont think it is only Nagy. Other coaches of other teams do the same thing.
In Nagy's pressers, he always talked about execution. I dont think he realized he didnt have Mahomes and Kelce on the Bears?
Nagy also the coach who called 5 running plays on Walter Payton Day.

Yes he's worth it. His rushing floor makes it worth it. Even before this week he was the #6 quarterback since October 1st. And of course now he's 2nd since October 1st (behind Burrow) and he's 8th overall for the season even with his crappy early weeks figured in.

not sure I have an answer for that besides Josh Allen and Pat Mahomes. That's a short F'ing list!!!

what I don't get is, the dude still hasn't thrown for more than 208 yards in any game, hasn't completed more than 17 passes in any game..how the EFF are DC's around the league not just playing an old school 4-4 or 5-2 defense against this dude and forcing the passing game? I mean he's proven that that is his weakness, so load up on the run, force him to throw. I don't get it

He can pass, but no it doesnt matter for fantasy.lamar isnt a great passer, hes mediocre at best.

Actually, Lamar has thrown for over 300 yards at least 4 times and has thrown quite a few TD passes in his career.

Fields has started 20 games. Thats not even a season and a half.
Yes, I would like to see him pass more. (I think he holds the ball too long.)
Word around town is he also has no O-line and most of the WR weapons are castoffs that have underwhelmed.
But the progress he is making under the new regime is encouraging.
