No, I mean he was at .240 like 4 days ago and is now at .260 with a handful of RBI and a homer.

:omg: Really? .260? Ted Williams better look out!

So fuckface Hamilton got another day off? Did he run out of Kotex or something this time? Fragile punkass bitch.

Are you just slow? Or not very wise?

I said he was starting to heat up. I backed it up by the .20 point average in crease.

It has absolutely nothing to do with batting like Ted Williams.

Jesus.

Slow. Definitely not wise. Drunk. Period.

(You will convince NO ONE that knows baseball that Buttjols is "heating up." But thanks anyway! :suds:

so he is sucking less

Pujols is barely hitting .10 for every million he is making. He has a long ways to go before he is out of "still sucks" land and can enter "heating up" land.

Things have reached an all-time low for Hamilton as of last night.

Not only did the Angels on Tuesday night squander a rare-as-a-comet Joe Blanton gem, but they also lost at home in extras to the generally hapless Mariners. Looking for a main offender? It has to be Josh Hamilton.

Hamilton is of course struggling badly in 2013, but Tuesday's performance may have been the worst of his career. Here's his unfortunate line for the night: 0 for 5, 2 Ks, 3 GIDPs, 7 LOB. Sign of a bad game at the plate? When going 0 for 5 with five strikeouts would've constituted an improvement.

In fact, Hamilton is just the second player since 1916 (the back end of available data) to go hitless, strike out twice and hit into three double plays in a single game (he joins Jeff King of the 1990 Pirates). As a "bonus," he tied the Angels' franchise record for GIDPs in a game.

Hamilton on Tuesday night was quite obviously the opposite of "clutch." The seven runners left on base will tell you that. But here's another number: -.477. That's Hamilton's win probability added (WPA) for the game in question. WPA measures the percentage by which a player improves or worsens his team's chances of winning. Stated another way, Hamilton, all by his lonesome, reduced the Angels' chances of beating Seattle on Tuesday by 47.7 percent. That's ... not good.

On the season, Hamilton, who's infamously in the first season of a five-year, $125 million contract, is now batting .213/.269/.388 and has shown a complete and utter inability to handle hard breaking stuff, especially on the outer half.

Hamilton -- and the Angels -- had better hope that it doesn't get any worse than it did on Tuesday in Anaheim.

More here...

So if trout were a team player he would have gotten on base again so Josh could actually TRY to make contact and get that 4th double play??

What a selfish jerk:laugh3:

Suicide watch my ass....................somebody is gonna kill that mofo. Now that the Angels are pretty much out of it (as a die hard fan I won't give up until they are eliminated) but he will start hitting when it doesn't matter.....................fucker. Sad that they have wasted 2 pretty damn good starts in a row for Blanton.

Two great starts for Blanton considering he is the worst starter in the league (or close to it).

Enough with Hamilton at the 2-spot. Bourjos needs to be hitting early in the lineup. Trout and Bourjos up top. Drop Hamilton behind Kendrick.

Personally I would like to see Kendrick in the 2 hole...........anything is better than what's been happening

Kendrick in the 2 hole with maybe Bourjos batting 9th isn't a bad idea. I think Scioscia needs to stick with a lineup through. He's constantly moving players around.

I buy that for sure. Shit, I can still remember most of the Dodger line-ups from the 70's. I have a hard time remembering yesterday's Angel line-up.

Lol!! Great comment, but I can't help wondering what you would do if Joshie ever ended up on the Padres.

Maybe something like: :exploding:

Again, his batting line...isnt a "still sucks" batting line. It isn't good for him but it is one every team would die for.

Looks like as usual I was right. He is on a hot streak. And feeling better.

Good for him, but that kind of money would be expecting Chris Davis type numbers or at least an OBP higher than .340. One of the highest payed hitters and he has an OBP that is 73rd and an OPS in the 60's.

As i said, he is now sucking less...but still sucking

All players are overpaid. Fact is, his numbers are not "sucking" numbers AT ALL. Not even remotely close.

Again, any team would take a guy on pace to get his usual 100 RBI.

How many of those guys do you find on the "cheap"

Great, use Chris Davis. This year is only going to shoot up his contract numbers....At least Albert is proven and you know he will have the numbers at the end.

Can't believe this even needs to be argued.
