Adam Dunn (and his pathetic .184 BA) is producing better than Josh Hamilton, and he's striking out more than Hamilton.

You know you're having a bad year when you're listed below Adam Dunn.

Awesome. If he had been in left for the 9th the angels win. No way he screws up like shuck did.

All players are overpaid. Fact is, his numbers are not "sucking" numbers AT ALL. Not even remotely close.

Again, any team would take a guy on pace to get his usual 100 RBI.

How many of those guys do you find on the "cheap"

Great, use Chris Davis. This year is only going to shoot up his contract numbers....At least Albert is proven and you know he will have the numbers at the end.

Can't believe this even needs to be argued.

I would not want Pujols on the Rangers under his current contract. Too much risk of injury, or sucking like we currently see.

That there's barely an audible outcry from Angels "fans" just proves what a joke they are. If this shit were going down in any other franchise in the league, there'd be riots.

Giants fans dealt with Zito and his kick in the taint type of a contract for years and he has turned it around some and has become a pretty clutch pitcher for the Giants over the last couple of years. With huge contracts come huge expectations, especially when switching organizations. Some crumble completely, others bounce back, and even fewer live up to what they signed. Hamilton will be fine eventually as long as he is healthy. Angel fans are too laid back to give him a Philly booing and he's such a natural, he will right the ship eventually.

I just don't see him turning it around like Zito did. His head is a fucking mess and he's going to have a relapse at some point.

Zito was still in his prime, so turning it around later after a light workload was possible. If Josh waits two years to turn it around...his career will be over.

It isn't unthinkable that the Angels could waive this clown and someone desperate to contend would pick him up but even if he gets hot I don't see that happening this season. My wish is that the Angels pay every red cent of both albatross contracts.

He actually had 2 big hits in that game..............but I still have my doubts. BTW, I think that was the shittiest throw I've seen by a MLB player in, well, ever. Dude had and even easier play if he just throws Kendrick out at first. If the Angels can win today and take 2 of 3 in a series where they should be down 0-2 today that actually might jump start them back into contention.

Me and my big mouth. He just went fucking YARD. :gaah:

Years ago, I was watching the All Star Game with my dad, and Dave Parker came up to bat and I started trash talking about how that old man shouldn't still be playing. He proceeded to go yard....

He is a clean, changed man :L

Actually he quit smokeless tobacco about a year ago. Now he's back on it.
