Yes. It's a travesty. If Bautista wasn't such a douche, Odor wouldn't have had to punch him in self-defense. Now he's going to lose $50,000- $50,000 that would have gone straight to the Boys and Girls Club in America in the Houston area. Plus, with the fine, Odor can only give 20 dollar bills to homeless people he sees downtown, instead of the usual 50 he gives them

Not sure...and I believe each case is judged exclusive from the next taking into consideration for precedent etc...and MLB has a wide criteria in that regard. Also not sure what's been written into his contract agreement, or if there've been added clauses.
