Lebron has TWO NBA titles at age 28.
I remember him winning game 7 versus my Spurs at age 28.
That is immediately wrong in the age 28 comparison.

Lebron also has TWO NBA FINALS MVPS at age 28.
Not surprisingly, the Kobe fanboy left off those accolade comparison.

I was bored....
I fact checked the AGE 28 argument from the picture up above.

1. The picture only uses Lebron Miami Heat stuff.
2. It uses all playoffs of Kobe by age 28 at any point up until 1 day before turning 29.
3. It uses the playoffs that Lebron completed to the exact date of 28th birthday.

Those 3 things make the stats worthless.

LEBRONS ACTUAL AGE 28 PLAYOFF TOTALS
Points - 3871
Assists - 924
Rebounds - 1191
Steals - 236
Blocks - 127

Now, use those actual numbers compared to the age 28 Kobe in that picture.

Man.... another Kobe kid ( BSman being the other) resorts to posting false stats to try to push Kobe back ahead LeBron, but that ship sailed after last seasons Finals.

Give ya an E for effort though.

when LeClown gets his 5th ring then he'll be in same company as Kobe....until then he's still looking up, no matter the stats. MJ picks Kobe over Lebron and who's to argue with the GOAT

good point.. and Kwame Brown is a better NBA player than Tony Parker. After all, Jordan drafted him ahead of Tony Parker in 2001.. And who's to argue with the GOAT?

I know it's a tough pill for you to swallow, but it's the truth. Kobe's a great scorer and that's what he'll be remembered as. Him being top 15 all time is a great accomplishment. Nothing to be ashamed about.

James is already a top 10 player and still has plenty of time to possibly crack the top 5 or even further.

LeBron > Kobe ............BAM!!!

Eggzactly, Jims Doors. Kobe will finish his career top 15 all-time. There's nothing wrong with that. But Top 10? Never. There are too many better players. Here is my list of all-timers ahead of Kobe:

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Russell, Michael Jordan, Lebron James, Oscar Robertson, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Shaquille O'Neal, Tim Duncan, Hakeem Olajuwon, Julius Erving, Jerry West, Moses Malone and Isiah Thomas. That puts Kobe ahead of the likes of Clyde Drexler, Walt Frazier, Allen Iverson, Charles Barkley, Karl Malone, David Robinson, John Havlicek, Sam Jones... The list goes on. So, Kobe is in rare company but not the rarest. Word.

Fair list Crotch, although I've seen you post before that you consider Kobe the 2nd best SG of all-time. That would bump him ahead of Jerry West. To be thought of as a top-15 all-time player is pretty remarkable considering the 1,000s of players who have laced it up in the NBA.

LBJ now has an unblockable, deadly fadaway from the post. And there might be more added to his repertoire. Just sit back and enjoy his greatness, people

Did he copy that from Kobe, who copied it from MJ, who copied it from.....

He still has plenty of time to add to his repertoire. He is still only 28. Scary.

:agree: The biggest knock on Lebron has always been that he didn't seem very interested in improving his game. Seemed happy to just rely on his talent. If he never worked on his game, he'd still likely finish up top 15 all-time.

Now that he has figured out that he needs to work on his game and has started to do that over the last couple of off-seasons, if he stays relatively injury free, he will finish top 5 easy, imo!!

MJ and AI were his favorite players not Kobe.
