hey all i am saying is don't be a little kid that belittle other things/people to make your situation look better is all. The Hawks fleeced the Texans, we know that and they know it but their hands were tied. I am Happy about the way it turned out and i think many of us felt some how some way Clowney was going to be a hawk before this trade ever happened. It just felt to right and fit.

When i heard we traded for him i thought for sure we lost Olineman and i didn't like that move. When i found out who they traded i was ecstatic just like the rest of you. Now lets hope he plays 16 games as does Ansah this season.

Ansah, Ford, Reed, Clowney i like the look of that front 4.

The front 7 should make life quite a bit easier on the secondary. Pass rush is a DB's best friend.

I don't think that's really the case anymore. Sure there are the outliers looking for clicks but for the most part the national media acknowledges Russ as a top 5 QB.

Had also read that JS is claiming they started discussions with the Texans about a deal even before the draft took place and talks were off and on all summer.

Appears Texans reached a point were their options were more limited and that's when an agreement occured. Although JS also had to make sure Clowney was on board so they had to make sure the deal worked for him as well.

I don't see that being the case as much as you'd think... I don't see a lot of media placing him in the top 5... Here is a small sample size... Just did a quick google and these are the first one's to pop up... Most have him at 6 or 7... They lean more towards Big Ben and/or Matt Ryan ahead of him... He's definitely a top 5 QB in my book...
