Tigers still have a pretty iffy BP at times. (that hurt them in the playoffs last year) If we could manage to stay close and get to the pen....
It was great to see Napoli get his ring last year. He had a super WS in 2011...
That 2nd half was ridiculous of his. My sons and I were at Fenway last Friday for Scherzer against Lester and we decided to root for the Sox. It was like rooting for the Rangers. Detroit won 1-0. Their offense is terrible right now. After winning the series last year they seem to be going thru the motions. They seem lifeless.
I'm in the minority about Napoli. I like him, I just don't love him like most Ranger fans.
Cruz, I love...that's been tough.
yup, have to move on. But with this season, it's pretty easy to look back.
I have a hard time saying anything bad about ex-players, as if anyone hasn't noticed.
Maybe a little about Feldman, but I don't mind the guy. Well, Berkman too....not defending him, he did it for he money, he knew he couldn't play.
that's my nice way of saying how I feel about Berkman...and I always respected him.
so Profar has a torn muscle, that makes sense. "strain" didn't seem to quite match the news we were getting.
I'm going to research a tear, but I think you can come back 100%..depending on some things we don't know. But they had him slated to come back, so that tells me he could absolutely make a full recovery.
DON'T PLAY HIM THIS YEAR! Not worth it, and.... I don't think they will.
Also going to dig around about players and cervical injuries (Peyton doesn't count this is different)...anything interesting, I'll post it.
I always liked both, but I will say, I honestly don't think I've seen a worse outfielder then cruz, so whatever

I'm the opposite
100% agree and got drilled by some on this board last June for saying as much
anything hit over his head where he has to go back on the ball is an adventure.
Yes Lainey, he can and should come back 100% from a tear. We also don't know what grade of year it was.
Needs to get out of those Arizona beds. They are killing us.That's what I'm reading, great news. And correct, we didn't get any information on what kind of tear he was dealing with. So, all we had to go on was that he was slated to come back, before the re-injury.
I think he'll be 100%.
Fielder has been tougher, not a lot there on position players with cervical fusion. Can't find any studies.
Ryan Kalish is the only I get a hit on.
He's playing, that's important. Fielder's ceiling is obviously higher. Kalish also had a shoulder surgery...that may be more good news.
What the heck is that? May have to fish around for that one. I have a feeling it's also national.TODAYS GAME ON 219FS1HD FOX SPORTS
Direct TV CHANNEL 219 FSIHD. That is what's on the Tv menu. What the heck is that? May have to fish around for that one. I have a feeling it's also national.

If it's on Fox, then it depends on what kind of Fox package you have. (I think) ButI'm not going to get this game on TV... and can't stream anything that's on FOX
So good luck Martinez, stay close and get the Rangers to the Tiger Pen.
