I think it comes down to the Act of thinking they needed an advantage and dening it that surpasses the outcome. But then again it could've been staged to blow the whistle on other teams deflating.

There has been no cheating. I recognize that most consider Spygate as cheating - I do not.
I'll concede Spygate rather than defend it for the 1000th time.
After that, New England has been resourceful and innovative. Smarter than most and it wasn't cheating.
In your face but legal. I will not apologize for brilliance!!!!!
