Sources: Raptors Have Discussed Three-Team Deal Acquiring Jeff Teague
Feb 17, 2014 4:26 PM EST

The New York Knicks are attempting to resume trade talks with the Toronto Raptors on Kyle Lowry, according to sources.

The Knicks are offering packages including Iman Shumpert, Raymond Felton and Beno Udrih, sources say.

New York is reluctant to include Tim Hardaway Jr. or a future first round pick. The Raptors almost certainly will require one of those two assets to trade Lowry directly to the Knicks.

"It comes down to, can they talk themselves into getting rid of a first-rounder or Hardaway Jr. for Lowry," one league source said.

League sources say a three-team deal has also been discussed in which Jeff Teague would end up with the Raptors, while Shumpert gets routed to the Atlanta Hawks and Lowry to the Knicks. Another trade scenario has the Knicks acquiring Teague. Those conversations have only been preliminary.

Raptors Interested In Rajon Rondo
Feb 18, 2014 12:19 AM EST

The Toronto Raptors are interested in Rajon Rondo, according to multiple sources.

The Raptors like Rondo's basketball resume and he would also bring a 'star' element to the franchise. Rondo has many backers in the organization.

Rondo is scheduled to become a free agent in 2015.

This could be all smoke and mirrors, but definitely a different vibe to what I was expecting for the trade deadline. I thought banking on Tajiri staying pat and picking up some loose pieces (backup C) to help the roster or try and trade Moka/Novak's contract for some picks. A blockbuster deal would be very surprising.

didn`t rondo tear his acl or something? for a guy that can`t shoot at all and depends 100% on quickness, a big no. Unless tajiri`s goal is to sabotage the franchise because he can`t take being lieweke`s personal slave no more, then i`d say do it

The Toronto Raptors have expressed interest in acquiring Denver Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried before Thursday’s trade deadline, league sources told Basketball Insiders.
Denver is listening to offers for the 24-year-old, but nothing is imminent.
Raptors general manager Masai Ujiri was previously the GM of the Nuggets, and he selected Faried in the 2011 NBA Draft.
The New York Knicks continue to express interest in Faried as well.
This season, Faried is averaging 10.4 points, 7.5 rebounds and a block.

Not surprised. Looks like Tajiri is going to pull out all the stops to try to lure a borderline marquee name to come play for the Wraptors. The order is out. Drake wants stars to match his stupid gold jerseys

Most anticipated return in the history of the board. Gotta get Biebs out of rehab first.
