Meh...I'm sure if they dig deep & long enough, the commish will find that it's more widespread than they think, and most if not all teams are/were involved to some degree. Some, like the Astros, are more guilty than others.
In fact, Manfred himself would probably even admit to that.
Question is, how far does he want to take it?

Could this become another congressional oversight issue??
The MLBPA union will want a say in all this too.
