BB teamed up with John Elway would be very interesting. They both have a ridiculous drive to win. Honestly might be a bad pairing as I could see them wanting to bend the rules more than I as a fan would like.

If he was still in the NFL Jim Harbaugh would be one I would love. He took an average QB and average team and instantly made them into championship contenders. His intensity is something that I have always wanted in a Bronco coach.

Lots of good choices given here. Here is I I would list them.

Arians and BB tier 1 ( if Carrol wasn't the Seahawks coach I'd list him in tier 1 also)

Payton, John Harbaugh, Tomlin tier 2

McCarthy would be in the next tier. Just wasn't impressed with his game plans vs the 49ers and Kaep or his game plans vs the Seahawks for the most part.

It has to be an active HC and not the one you have now....
We realize that many of us wouldn't trade the one we have now, but "if you had to, who would it be?"

I already stated I haven't really given it any thought. Not one really jumps off the page, maybe because BB is probably one of if not the best HC in NFL history.
