I think it's moving more in the direction of the S&C guy getting the players through the workouts, while the actual workouts are developed by the doctors and scientists. That's what NAPL is all about, and I think we will start seeing the impact of it. It's like the S&C revolution started by Epley back in the day, and again, it's starting at Nebraska.

And this. No idea what was going on before, but I have to imagine some guys were kind of just not pushed/allowed to coast beyond what was required of the position group.

If you MUST know my personal life.....

No, Tuesday night is the night we get together and bake cookies. By "we" I mean irule, HP52, Brasky, and myself. Wednesday night is Bridge night. Thursday we get together and share a 6-pack of Mike's Hard, and we discuss the dangers of fapping. Irule always ends up shedding tears on Thursday nights. On Friday night we stay in our own homes and fap. Saturday night we also stay home and fap. And Sunday and Monday we usually just end up staying home and fapping.
